On-Line Commercial Accounts Diagnostic and Relationship Survey

Purpose & Positioning Statement:

A-WIN provides specialized Commercial Programs and Packages based on each client’s specific needs. The purpose of this survey is to spend some time discussing your present insurance policy to determine if there are any concerns that we should address for you. By this, we mean services which you are not currently receiving but would find valuable, or services which are not meeting your expectations.

If there are any concerns and issues, then probably it will be to our mutual benefit to continue working together on your account. If not, then we would like to be your back-up broker - available to provide a second opinion at any time if concerns or issues should develop in your present situation.

Most brokerages work on an “Apples to Apples comparison” for commercial insurance. Our approach is one of a Presentation of Solutions and Best Options. Allow us to explain the difference. We will review your business in-depth with you and provide a detailed report of options. From there, we take into consideration the answers that you have provided above and design a coverage and service program suited best to you. Sometimes, we delete unnecessary coverage from your package and sometimes we recommend options that you may not currently have. While our focus is to always save you premium, it is more important to make sure that you have the proper coverage to protect you in event of a costly claim.
