Why Buy A-WIN?
Yesterday I learned, I have much to learn! Carole walked me through a process that made me realize how lucky I was that I was sitting in front of the right person to get what I needed. People need to know about the value of the Carole's in the world to ensure they get the right questions asked...to get the right coverage. I probably could spend another hour with her to ask my seemingly stupid questions to soak up more understanding. It is a gift to be present to an expert.
I think people underestimate the value of what they offer to their clients. When Carole called me to give a quote she said the price was a little bit higher than I was paying elsewhere. After doing a thorough review with me, she asked "are you going to stay with your previous carrier?"
I said no way. To me, the value of doing business with people who care is worth the extra it costs to know I am properly cared for. Although we have been trained to think like it's all about the money, a shift is occurring in our society. People want to do business with people they like and trust. People will pay a little bit more if trust is involved.

| The purpose of this letter is to express my appreciation of a phone call I received from your office. Your staff took the extra time and effort to call me on a Friday, late, around 6:00 pm.
